On Thursday, April 30, 2015 at approximately 9:00 a.m. Tuscola High School received a threatening email message that was allegedly from a student on campus. Students were locked in place and an evacuation to an undisclosed location was implemented.

No threatening acts have occurred and there are no injuries to students or staff. The evacuation is a precautionary measure.

Parents will be notified about the undisclosed evacuation site when the evacuation is complete and students are safely in place.

Law enforcement will begin clearing the building.

At this time school district staff members are engaged in maintaining the safety of students during the evacuation.
