The Haywood County Schools’ calendar has been revised after the recent winter weather caused missed school days and shortened school days. (Revised Calendar)

It is important for students, staff and parents to note that Wednesday, March 2, 2016 is now scheduled as a full day. Wednesday, March 2, 2016 was adjusted to a full school day to support the requirement of 1,025 hours of instruction during the school year.

Haywood County Schools averages just over 8 missed student days each year due to inclement weather.  To date, the school district has missed 7 days because of inclement weather.
