UPDATE:

On Friday, February 28, 2020, Haywood County Schools are now closed due to inclement weather.  This is an Optional Teacher Workday for staff.

Unexpected snow began earlier this morning on the western edge of Haywood County.  Snow is expected to move into the valleys by noon.

On Friday, February 28, 2020, Haywood County Schools will operate on a Two Hour Delay schedule. No buses will run on icy roads.
