Due to inclement weather, school will be closed on Saturday, February 15th, for both students and staff.

Saturday, February 15, 2014 was planned as a make up day for Wednesday, February 12, 2014. Since Saturday school has been cancelled, the follow guidance is provided for employees.

  • All ten-month employees (certified, licensed, classified and hourly) should NOT come to work tomorrow (Saturday). This day will be made up at the end of the year or through some other approved calendar adjustment.
  • Eleven and twelve month employees are already scheduled to work on the make up day. Therefore, these employees may work tomorrow (Saturday) or take accumulated leave.
  • If you are an eleven or twelve month employee who is also a classified or hourly paid employee, you should NOT work six days in one week unless you are specifically asked to do so by your principal or supervisor.
  • If you are an eleven or twelve month administrator, you should work or take accumulated leave for five days this week. If you worked more than five days this week, we appreciate your extra effort to get things done.
