The annual Flu Shot Clinic is scheduled for Tuesday October 18th from 11:00 am until 5:00 pm at the Education Center in Clyde. Everyone that would like to come will need to provide their State Health Plan insurance card and a photo ID. It is free for those members of the State Health Plan insurance and their dependents over the age of 4 years old. Four years old and under will have to receive their flu shots from their primary care physician. It will be $30.00 for any others that would like to participate.
