On Tuesday, December 3, NCE held a career day for their students. The day consisted of students going to many different local professionals and listening to them talk about their jobs. Students learned about everything from how to be a ferrier, to a vet, to an interior designer. Each presenter talked about what they do, the education needed, and why they chose to work in Haywood County. We wanted students to begin thinking about what their futures might hold, and the opportunities available to them.
