Alison Bumgarner, Speech Language Pathologist at Jonathan Valley Elementary, was honored as Haywood County School’s Teacher of Excellence at the annual Conference on Exceptional Children.  This year’s conference was held from November 3-5, 2014, at the Koury Convention Center in Greensboro, NC.  The Department of Public Instruction recognizes one teacher or related service provider from each school system in North Carolina.
