On Friday, October 23, North Canton Elementary held two softball games. Students spent the day outside enjoying the weather and cheering for their favorite team. The first game was the fourth and fifth graders against the school staff. It was an intense game that lasted over an hour, but the staff prevailed, beating our students by just two points. After lunch, our community police officers and firefighters faced our staff on the field. It was a hard-fought game as our staff beat out the emergency personnel. Everyone was a great sport and our students enjoyed a fun-filled day. Thank you to the firefighters and police officers who donated their time for this event.
