Kristi Blackburn, EC Teacher at Junaluska Elementary, was named Haywood County Schools’ EC Educator of Excellence. She was nominated and selected by county administrators and peers in the Exceptional Children’s Program to represent Haywood County’s EC Department for the 2017-2018 school year. She will be honored in November at the 2017 67th Annual Conference on Exceptional Children in Greensboro. Congratulations to Kristi on this well-deserved honor!!
