On Thursday, September 26, 2024 and Friday, September 27, 2024, Haywood County Schools will be Closed due to inclement weather.  This will be a Remote Learning Day for students and an Optional Teacher Workday for staff.

Haywood County is anticipating flooding and power outrages from Helene over the next few days.

We realize that power outages are possible which could potentially hinder remote learning. We have asked staff to be flexible regarding remote assignments.
