Does your child require special dietary accommodations?

If your child requires meal modifications or substitutions to the regular meals offered, please contact our Registered Dietitian at the School Nutrition office.

Our Dietitian will provide recommendations and make necessary accommodations to meet your child’s personal needs.

A Medical Statement for Students with Unique Mealtime Needs must be completed in order to create a plan with you for providing a safe, appropriate meal to your child while at school.

To file a program discrimination complaint, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, AD-3027, found online at How to File a Program Discrimination Complaint and at any USDA office or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form.
